The Global WaterPack (GWP) is a temporally consistent and spatially detailed dataset that maps the open surface water worldwide between 70°S and 70°N at 250 m spatial resolution.

The daily binary layers contain information whether a pixel was detected as open surface water (1) or not (0). 

The dataset is provided in the format of Cloud Optimized GeoTIFF (COG) files for entire Earth at geographical lat/lon (WGS84).

The GWP annual layer is licensed under CC-BY-4.0.
